Who We Are & What We Do

Dan and Tara have a combined 54 years of healthcare experience.  Together they earned their Registered Nurse degree in 1995.  Dan, a veteran, went on to earn his certification as a Paramedic in 1996 and spent 18+ years with the City Of Binghamton Fire Department, retiring in 2017 as a Lieutenant.  He also worked per diem in the local Emergency Departments, GI Lab, and Diagnostic Imaging. After retiring from the fire department, he continued his nursing education and graduated from Binghamton University in 2019 with his Masters Degree and is now a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Dan and Tara grew up in rural Delaware County and have resided in Broome County since 1996.  They have one son, Joshua, who is a graduate of The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina currently residing in Tucson, AZ.

Five years ago we took a big leap of faith and opened the first Direct Primary Care office in our community. Although incredibly successful in providing outstanding care to our patients, the time has come for us to take another leap. We will be transitioning to virtual primary care and weight loss services for the fall/winter months and will offer home visits to our patients in the spring/summer months.

We will remain on call for our patients 24/7 and are committed to providing the very best care. We look forward to this new chapter with you!
